About Hill Johnson, ASA

Hill Johnson is a Partner in the Business Valuation practice of Valuation, Fraud & Forensics, LLC (VFF).

He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in the Business Valuation discipline with the American Society of Appraisers and has provided over 500 business valuations for closely held companies and their owners.

Since 2006, Hill has spent one hundred percent of his time providing business valuations appraisals and valuation consulting services. He has provided independent opinions of value for various purposes including shareholder litigation, estate and gift tax, buy/sell transactions, financial reporting purposes, the appraisal of intellectual property, assessing commercial damages, employee stock ownership plans, and marital dissolution.

Hill has experience testifying in family law cases in Texas in the following counties:
