ABOUT JACLYN FRANKS
Jaclyn Franks is the founding partner of Valuation Fraud & Forensics, LLC.
She is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), an Accredited Business Valuator with the AICPA (ABV), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), an Accredited Behavioral Financial Professional™ with the College for Financial Planning®, and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® with the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts™.
For over a decade, she has provided expert services for family and estate law, business law, criminal law, and individual business owners. Jaclyn has testified throughout the State of Texas during her career providing testimony regarding business appraisal/valuation opinions, tracing and characterization, damages and fraud, bankruptcy proceedings, and reimbursement/reconstitution claims.
She also prepares independent opinions of value for non-litigation purposes including estate and gift tax, intellectual property, buy/sell transactions, business consulting, employee stock ownership plans, and financial reporting. Jaclyn has assisted clients and their attorneys involved in disputes with the IRS.
Jaclyn is a member of the Collaborative Divorce Texas.
